Updating company systems* / procedures* after a management review, closing out identified gaps together with the responsible office members. Restructuring the SMS, eliminating duplications and contradictions. Main focus on Cargo Operation, Health & Safety, Risk Management and Emergency Response - including the Human Element.

Risk Management Support

Reviewing the Company Risk Management System / Matrix / Risk Assessments. Updating the RM System* if required and Support on Risk Management in general (See also Company Hazard Register and Risk Assessment Add On).  

Management of Change Support

Providing MOC office and on-board support for tanker operations and support of changing operations from Oil to chemical cargoes and vice versa.
